2. Products

Cleanix sells pest control products, insecticides, pesticides, disinfectants, cleaning chemicals, and related products.

All products are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Product images, descriptions, specifications, packaging, colors, labels, and availability may differ from those displayed on the website without prior notice.

Cleanix reserves the unrestricted right to modify, discontinue, or remove any product at any time.

3. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance.

Cleanix reserves the absolute right to:

  • Cancel orders at any time.
  • Refuse service to any customer.
  • Limit purchase quantities.
  • Correct pricing or listing errors without notice.

No explanation is required for cancellation where permitted by applicable law.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers may change without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, Cleanix may cancel the order before shipment.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 5–6 working days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Cleanix shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Force majeure events
  • Any event beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Exchanges

All sales are final.

Refunds are not available.

Exchanges are considered only for products that arrive damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, provided the customer reports the issue within 10–12 days of delivery and supplies satisfactory evidence.

Approval of any exchange request is at the sole discretion of Cleanix.

Cleanix reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet its policy requirements.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Selecting appropriate products.
  • Reading all product labels and instructions.
  • Safe handling, storage, and application.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensuring products are suitable for the intended purpose.

Customers assume all risks associated with the purchase and use of products sold by Cleanix.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanix disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

No advice or information provided by Cleanix creates any warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
