At Cleanix, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of pest control products and chemicals, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer product exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is leaking or has manufacturing damage upon arrival.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 10–12 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Clear photos or a video of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot exchange products if:

  • The request is made after 12 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used or opened.
  • The damage was caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
  • The customer ordered the wrong product by mistake.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 10–12 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number along with photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange an exchange and send the replacement product.
